I'm a Columbus, Ohio investment realtor, real estate investor, and founder/owner of Panzera Realty LLC dba Property Management Concepts (www.PanzeraRealty.com). I'm a licensed broker with 26 years’ experience. I oversee the everyday operations of all brokerage and property management services at Panzera Realty and I'm committed to working personally with investors searching for income property and professionally working with investors to list investment properties. I'm a lifelong resident of Columbus in Grandview Heights and Upper Arlington, with a degree in accounting from Capital University. My wife and I continually invest in and rehab income properties.
