Airline pilot for a major airline. Retired Air Force Reserve pilot. Husband to an amazing wife and Dad to two great kids. I have two properties in eastern Massachusetts - a duplex in Boston (Brighton) and a fourplex in Marlborough. I have since moved to northern CT after getting married and having kids. Mainly interested in buy-and-hold value add multi-fam but reading up on STRs, Self Storage and NNN commercial. Also possibly Flipping if the right deal presents itself. I’m looking to buy larger properties or good cash-flowing small multi’s. Want to move to larger properties soon. Definitely open to partnerships.
