I own two printing/marketing franchises in Arlington, VA. Just starting to look at real estate investing. Have not decided what area I want to focus on. I think I would prefer commercial real estate, but there is something to be said for residential especially during a recession (one will come eventually). Also interested in some of the many other possibilities that I have learned about from the podcasts.
