I'm a CAMS-certified attorney and financial crime investigator, focusing on money-laundering and terrorism financing. I currently live and work in Manhattan but will be moving to Bisbee, AZ toward the end of the year. While I'm certainly open to multiple kinds of investing, my main interest lies with flipping, as it gives me the opportunity to make money while enjoying one of my greatest passions, building. I'm also very much interesting in note investing and my better half is doing a good job of convincing me to have one or more Airbnbs as Bisbee is actually a fairly popular tourist destination with a pretty poor selection of hotels.
