David Shoultz and his wife Ivana Shoultz together own both Beachfront Builders and Beachfront Properties where together they purchase and remodel / flip homes in South Florida. They were recently given a reality TV show called 'Flip Wars' on A&E and continue to flip homes for their business and clients. as investment properties. They buy and flip homes in this competitive market and do it well. David a General Contractor and Ivana a real estate Broker, work together to find properties, deals, flip homes and build their real estate investment portfolio. David and Ivana have an office downtown Delray Beach, FL and live a short golf cart ride from there.
