David Sherar

I'm in my 60's but love property and have been involved in it since I sold my wheat farm in Western Australia. Started out in 1970 selling real estate and was for short time a partner in a real estate company in Perth. Left and was an equal partner in a property development company doing projects in Perth. Our last major project was the first strata title retirement village in WA during the mid 80's. 150 units plus lodge and shopping centre costing around $8 million. I then ventured into mining and mineral exploration drilling and sold out early in 2000. In 2004 I moved to Vanuatu still doing property projects and are now in NZ to start again. We have 3 properties so far but looking for more. Property is in my blood and also my partner Margaret has the same interest and drive.
