I got into real estate after reading Robert Kiyosaki's book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" as I'm sure many of you have read. I invest in the Richmond area of Virginia. I'd like to grow at a decent steady rate. More/faster as the cash flow increases. Ultimately I'd like to purchase a few apartment complexes. Experience: I have a primary residence which I overpaid for before I got into real estate investing, flipped some houses and I have a few dozen rental units. Currently Seeking: Currently seeking advice and soaking in knowledge. I can learn a little from everyone.
