I'm David from Staten island new York, I'm a father of four and a new grand father, love real estate investment specially flipping and buy and hold. I have over 26 years of information technology subject matter expert with strong background on corporate business models. I'm also a Spartan at heart who is seeking a master in exercise science and nutrition. Real estate to me is my path to freedom and to take control of my life. I think one if the things that impacted me in this community the most was a comment in a podcast that said a reference to the point of: it is just as bad in a persons soul to be successful at some thing they hate, as not to be successful at all. So now Im here to be successful at something I care about.
