I started investing in real estate 20 yrs ago. I am a buy and hold investor. My wife and I also own and operate a construction company, we build new houses, do custom remodeling, roofing, and we do a limited amount of commercial projects. Our properties are a mix of single family, duplexes, and triplexes. We prefer to buy distressed properties in good areas and completely renovate them.
