David Varvaro

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and currently split my time between Maui and LA. I have had an interest in real estate investing since I was a teen. I've always tried to read everything and anything about RE investing and stumbled upon BPs back in 2013. I was super stoked to meet Brandon Turner recently at one of the local REI groups I belong to in Maui. I bought my first out of state buy and hold property back in 2004 and still own it to this day. After the recession I transitioned from long term buy and holds to doing short term flips. I have flipped in Florida and California and am actively searching in Maui. I also own a STR in Maui and am interested in purchasing more. My wife and I are investor friendly agents who focus primarily on off-market pocket listings. We also are brokers for one of the largest Private Money Lenders in the country and can finance fix and flips, BRRRs, and income properties in California and Hawaii.
