As a former investor, I became interested in consumer financing so I joined a bank as a mortgage originator. It seemed that many of my buyers who got finacing from other sources and the financing would fall through at the last moment which cost me time and money. I wanted to help everyone who wants financing to understand the rules as they change constantly and help them as well as meet valuable deadlines for the sellers.
