Real estate investor
I am the owner of a roofing company in Maryland and have been a part time real estate investor for ten years. Last year I hired additional personnel and now am a full time real estate investor.(Still own the roofing company too) I currently own over 60 properties (commercial and residential) spread out between Alabama, Tennessee, and Maryland. I also rehab and sell 4-6 houses a year. I also have a few dozen notes.
