I'm looking to network with other like minded property investors, developers and wholesalers. I'm newer to what I call "intentional" investing. I have two previous primary residences that have become rentals over time. I'm now looking to invest for financial freedom. Ideally, I like the passive nature of the Buy & Hold strategy although I may need to BRRR into one to get it to cash-flow in the Seattle area. I'm open to small and large Multi-Family investing, its not something I understand well -- yet. I've been a residential real estate broker in the greater Seattle area since 2005.
