David Yaffee

David Yaffee has been a resident of the Sacramento area his entire life. This could explain why he has a superior knowledge of the regions Real Estate market. David’s family has long owned businesses in the area, and he has worked his way up to being one of the areas most successful Realtors and was recently named to the Sacramento Association of Realtors “Masters Club” for ranking in the top 10% of Realtors in the region. David’s philosophy of delivering excellent client services stems from his interesting family background. The Yaffee family’s foray into the business arena began with David’s grandfather’s Moler Barber College business that from it humble inception grew to 5 locations. David’s parents began Associated Business Services & Capital Tax Service in the Sacramento area in 1996, and they are still in business today, offering tax preparation, payroll and bookkeeping services for Sacramento residents and businesses.
