I am Southern California resident that is looking to invest in cash flowing real estate out of state. I am looking to build a team to utilize my savings and buy one or two rentals every year (either SFH or small multi-family). Currently working as Software Engineer with Navy R&D (2018 - present). Studied Computer Science Masters at San Diego State University (Graduated 2018) Worked as a financial analyst and accountant (2011-2014). Studied Finance Bachelors at San Diego State University (Graduated 2011) Had previous roles in sales and marketing while attending community college (2007-2009)
