Dawn M.

We are a husband and wife team doing fix and flips in the Grand Rapids Area. David is a licensed contractor however he's currently working as a Manager at one of the largest residential/commercial painting companies in our area. We do our flips on the side for now, but are hoping to go full time soon. We work as a team on our houses -I give him the woman's perspective. My favorite thing to do is the peruse Houzz and ask him to do the impossible by putting a high end look in our homes while still keeping the budget. My biggest role in this chaos is to care for our 4 kids, run my Amazon business and search daily for real estate opportunities and build a BP network since he's working 55+/week. (Also, BP doesn't like it when you sign up as someone your are not;-) The kids are getting more and more involved as they become teenagers looking for a job- and as you know there's always plenty to do on a flip!
