I love all things real estate especially building homes and large remodels for homeowners and investors. Owning 176 units (passively) , SFR rental in San Diego, and VRBO's in Kauai my goal is to exchange up into a medium multi-unit as a GP. In addition, my education business for female homeowners and investor called Woman Builder focuses on guiding and teaching women how to remodel and not get ripped off. I also love to play tennis and am passionate about nutrition, organic, clean eating for optimum health.
