I have been in the Real Estate business professionally for 5 years and personally for 8 years. I moved to Bridgeport CT from NYC in 2007 in order to get more for my money. I purchased a newly renovated 4 family property that cash flowed over 5,000/month. Needless to say it paid my mortgage and provided me with a positive cash flow every month. After doing that I didn't look back. I got with other Investors and formed a real estate investment company called Invest In Bridgeport, LLC.
