Originally from the Central Valley, CA. Moved to Northern CA to Citrus Heights /Roseville area. House hacking a 5 bedroom, 3 bath with my sister and her husband while we look for the next property to purchase. Also have a SFH rental in Visalia CA that I'm selling and currently in escrow. Works in Finance/Payroll for Traveling Nurses at FlexCare Medical Staffing and wants to pivot and support the industry by having furnished rentals for clinician travelers. Also looking at opportunities through ADUs and house hacking. Has always been interested in REI. Looking forward to this new endeavor and future accomplishments.
