Dayne Winters

Hello everyone in the BiggerPockets community! My name is Dayne Winters and I am a real estate investor in Richland, WA. I am currently focusing on 2-4 unit Multifamily rentals with Richland, WA as the preferred area for my properties. I worked briefly as an agent for Windermere Group One and transferred my license to our Spokane Referral Office. This has provided me with ample time to focus on the BRRRR strategy in my area and I am beyond grateful to have found BiggerPockets for showing me this amazing system. My goal is to have six properties with twelve or more doors by July 1, 2020.
