Hello everyone, I am new to real estate investment and have been living in the Tampa area for the last six years. I was introduced to real estate investment some years ago, but was diagnosed with "paralysis by analysis" which stopped me from pursuing this type of investment. I moved to Florida in early 2016 after retiring from the military (Fort Bragg). I have watched from the bench long enough and observed great real estate opportunities come and go. I am ready to get in the game and make things happen for my family and I. I am planning on joining my local REIA, begin networking with real estate professionals in the area, and get things rolling. I have owned a business, continue to invest in the stock market and crowdfunding such as peer to peer lending, and feel real estate investment is the only thing missing from my portfolio.
