I am fairly new to over all real-estate deals but have spent the past 2 years trying several mentor/program supports, I own my current home and lost a section 8 rental property in 2009 so I have decided to try investing with someone that can mentor me in the direction that I desire or go another route by working with a principle buyer of residential liabilities, Specifically non-performing loans all over the country. I would prefer some of the NPN tapes to have some California Property included but never the less, will not turn down a good offer. We are seeking tapes ranging from 1M - 50M.
