Don Chambers

I’m a real estate investor based in Middle Georgia, focused mainly on single-family houses in Warner Robins, Macon, Byron, Centerville, Perry, Kathleen, and the surrounding areas. I started buying houses in 2007 and currently own more than 70 rental houses. I also buy and renovate houses that need repairs, have tenant problems, probate issues, deferred maintenance, or other situations that make a traditional sale difficult. Most of my investing has been in Class B and C single-family rentals. I buy for my own portfolio, complete renovations, manage rentals locally, and also do flips when that makes more sense than holding the property. I am not a wholesaler. When I make an offer on a house, it is because I am interested in buying it myself. I work with local attorneys, contractors, and lenders, and I understand the practical side of getting difficult houses closed, repaired, and back into use.
