I have lived in MD my entire adult life. After working with different construction and home improvement companies decided I was an entrepreneur at heart and in 1977 started my own painting and wall-covering company which quickly turned into a Home Improvement Company employing 25 mechanics and doing jobs as far away as Jordan and Saudi Arabia. In 1986 I developed a 22 unit condo project on the eastern shore. In 1990 I had a new interest, I saw a lot of opportunity in the mortgage finance business. I entered the mortgage business and in 1996 my entrepreneur spirit kicked in again and I decided to open my own mortgage company. From 1996 to 2010 I owned and managed my mortgage company that I grew to 3 offices closing close to 200 million of residential loans each year. After the mortgage meltdown I closed my offices and got back into rehabbing single family homes for a couple years until I discovered the note business and now I am a full time Note Investor and owner of Capital Note Group LLC
