Hello my fellow BP members. My name is David Da Silva. I'm a licensed Real Estate Broker and investor in NY and NJ. I specialize in finding/creating Investment worthy deals in Northern NJ as well as the NYC region. A brief back story of me: I started off as an Investor back in 2015 when I acquired my 1st 2 family home. Unfortunately to my surprise, I had a lot of trouble finding agents that understood how to analyze properties like an investor, let alone negotiate properly and find deals that made sense. This frustration lead me to becoming an agent myself in 2016, something that I would soon find to be my passion. I love helping people find properties, especially 1st time buyers! I take pride in structuring successful deals, and seeing my clients achieve their financial dreams is my absolute passion. My clients are not just a commission, they're business partners. I treat each deal as if they were my own and strive for complete satisfaction. I work with a rockstar team (Attorney, Mortgage Lender, Inspectors, etc..) that allows me to get any deal done quick and effectively.
