After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad we rented out my personal residence 17 years ago. Since then, we have acquired a couple more properties. This has allowed my wife to stay home and raise our 2 wonderful kids. Now they are growing up and we are currently seeking: 1. a student housing rental opportunity near GA Tech that would cash-flow. 2. cash-flowing rental opportunities near Newnan, Ga. (light to moderate rehab).
