I grew up in Chicago, lived in Arizona for a while and now live in Charlotte NC. Experience: I have flipped over 225 houses in the last 15 years. I have tried other strategies, but I always come back to the good `ol FLIP. I have carved out a little niche for myself by tapping into a huge pool of potential buyers that nobody is pursuing. They just need a little guidance on getting their credit scores up. We do a short 3 or 4 month Rent To Own and guide them through the credit enhancement process until we get their scores up, our conversion rate is around 90%. We manufacture buyers from folks who never thought they could buy a house, very rewarding. Real Estate Goals: I have been wearing all the hats of the flipping business for years. I`m ready to start buliding a solid team and double or triple my closings. I want to hold one and flip two, rinse and repeat. Currently Seeking: Buying wholesale and buy and hold deals in South Charlotte NC, Tucson and Scottsdale AZ. Single family or multi-family. Networking with local investors in above areas.
