I am new to real estate investing. I have a full time job and a family. Experience: I am a nub. I grew up helping my grandfather and uncles remodel and restore homes. I am fairly handy and do most of my own work. Real Estate Goals: I have come to realize that my full time job is just keeping my head above water, so I am looking for a little more income, but mostly I am looking at building a retirement plan.
