I started selling homes when I was 4 years old (true story). It was at an open house at my father's mobile home dealership. 4 year old me to someone looking at one of the homes, "if you like it, why don't you buy it?" Now I manage our mobile homes parks in Vermont. It's a great business to be in. Don't believe all the stereotypes that exist regarding those who choose to live in these communities. The majority of our tenants are hardworking, middle class people who see the benefits of living in this type of housing. It keeps more money in their pockets versus traditional housing that is available in our area. We are currently looking to add some apartment buildings in Vermont or New Hampshire to our portfolio. In my spare time, we have a family farm where we raise Wagyu beef, heritage pork and have 70+ laying hens.
