About myself
I built and manage a vacation rental in Santa Monica, CA. The cash-flow I have been able to generate has more than exceeded my expectations! I am now looking to purchase a fixer mid-sized multi-unit apartment building with other investors with the goal of maximizing appreciation, to sell within a 2 - 5 year time horizon.
