Deborah Vahle

Realtor with the CityLiving Group at VILLAGE. After about 10 years of traveling the world as a Global Sourcing Manager for a leading apparel company, I settled in Nashville to raise my growing family. A couple years into being a full-time Mom, my husband and I started buying and renovating rental properties. As we built our portfolio, I ended up managing the finished rental properties as well as the renovations, so it was a natural progression for me to get my real estate license. With the heart of a teacher, I now have the privilege of guiding others through the home buying and selling process. Specializing in investment properties, I love helping others build their own real estate investment portfolios and create wealth for their future. Former Executive Board Member, NASTRA (Nashville Area Short Term Rental Association) Buy and Hold Investor for past 7 years in the Nashville Area You can check out listings for STR properies in Nashville at https://nashbnbforsale.com
