Dean Hunter is the President of the Forbes Commercial Group, a real estate team specializing in multi-family and single tenant net lease sales. He is the Organizer of the Urban Multifamily Network. Hunter is the author of The Triple Net Investor: The Ultimate Beginners Guide To Net Lease Properties. He is publisher of Real Estate Agent Magazine and Commercial Real Estate Investor Magazine. Hunter studied political science at American University and is a graduate of Howard University School of Law. He is currently a MDiv candidate at Wesley Theological Seminary.
