Deidra Swenson

I became a real estate investor in 2008 when we converted our first home into a rental property. Like many investors, I was inspired by Rich Dad Poor Dad and the idea of building long-term wealth through real estate. That first investment turned out to be one of the best decisions we ever made and became the foundation for my real estate journey. Since then, we have continued to grow our portfolio by acquiring single-family rental properties and, more recently, expanding into self-storage investments. As we continue to scale, our goal is to pursue larger commercial opportunities and continue building a diversified real estate portfolio. In 2021, I made the decision to transition into real estate full-time and became a Realtor with eXp Realty. I enjoy helping clients navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives, whether they are buying or selling a primary residence or looking to grow their investment portfolio.
