I've been doing construction for 10 years for many contractors. I've recently gotten more serious about the business side. So I started my company Picture Perfect Finisher LLC. I've recently just completed a 60 unit luxury apartment finishes as my first contact on my own. I have renovated 16 homes in the past 18 months with another GC before I went out on my own. I can handle 3 property rehabs simultaneously. I love construction it's like an art to me. I love the ability to bring a space to life and allow a family to call it home.
