New to Real-Estate Investing(2019). I’m really excited to get started, I currently have 1door and looking to see where this takes me. As of 4-22-2020 I have 5 doors. As of 8-2021 I now have 7 doors. As of 11–1-2022 I now have 11doors(7 properties). As of 1-3-2025 I now have 12 doors (8 properties). I am in the stabilization phase for the next five years! I will not be buying any more properties until 2030
