Del Campbell

I'm Del Campbell newbie to the real estate investing business. Right now I'm in the learning stages, reading and networking with people to get off on the right track. I'm interested in Buy and Hold but Wholesaling properties will be something I'll utilize to gain some capital to build my portfolio. I've always loved real estate, being the child of a realtor since the 1980s it's been one of those things that's been apart of my family's career paths for a long time. I have a construction background myself being a Bricklayer for over 15 years and now I work for the Railroad on the NE corridor between NY and DC. Being a workaholic for my employer is something I wish to change by now putting those hours to use for myself. When I'm not working I enjoy the simple things in life hanging out with my family and friends, O's and Ravens games and binge watching movies with my wife on a weekend. I hope to gain some financial freedom through real estate that will enable me to finally do these things on a regular basis and to give back to others from our old neighborhoods who may not otherwise ever have the opportunities to break their cycles in life.
