Recently moved to New Jersey and I love it. Currently I'm in the education phase, learning as much as I possibly can. I'm leaning towards a buy and hold strategy with multi-family homes. My goal is to get a nice little portfolio together, let the equity build. Do a flip here and there or maybe sell a property to help pay the other properties off to lower the expenses and increase profits. Really eager to move forward.
