Dena Puliatti

Dena is passionate about investing in Huntsville. Although she is a New York native, she has lived in Huntsville for most of her life. She works with multiple out-of-state investors interested in buying, renovating, and renting both single family homes and multi-unit complexes. As the Broker/Owner of Puliatti Properties (real estate) and Growing Huntsville (property management), she is always interested in talking with new and seasoned investors about their goals in the real estate market. She is a mother, rescue dog lover, and active in local events and community outreach.
