Denette R.

Hi, I’m Denette, owner of a licensed general contracting company Pacific Proworks Inc. based in Los Angeles. I’ve been in the construction industry for over 17 years, specializing in full home remodels, garage conversions, ADUs, investment-focused renovations, and much more... I understand how critical timelines, budgets, and quality are to real estate investors — especially when you're flipping, adding rental value, or developing for long-term cash flow. That’s why I focus on clear communication, reliable execution, and honest pricing. I work with both local and out-of-state investors and treat every job as a long-term partnership. Whether you need help planning an ADU, converting a garage, or updating a rental before it hits the market, I’m here to help deliver results that make financial sense. If you’re looking for a GC who gets the investor mindset and can handle the build side from start to finish, let’s connect.
