I'm a 28yr old born and raised in San Francisco, CA. I stepped into the world of real estate after my mother's sudden passing in September '18. After months of reflection I finally saw what my mother left me as the opportunity that it was, staring me in the face. I was left with the home that I grew up in, and paid off months before her passing. She also left me with a studio and outstanding mortgage which is to be paid by the new tenant moving in. After months of work, trial and error, and plenty of mistakes, I finally have the Daly City Single Family Home rented and the San Mateo Studio occupied as well mid July.
