Denise Pauzano

My name is Denise and I live in Philadelphia with my husband, 2 kids and my golden retriever. I just passed my RE salesperson license exam and looking forward to learning more about property management. Our goal is to build a real estate business for retirement purposes and to eventually hand over to our children when they are ready to take on the business. My husband and I bought our first duplex in 2013 and closed on our 2nd duplex in 2014. We co-own (with business partners) a commercial property (with 2 units) that we use for my husband's business and rent out the 2nd unit to another business. In 2014 we bought Disney timeshare (DVC) and the points we don't use for vacation, we rent them out to cover maintenance dues and residual income.
