I started purchasing rental properties in Baltimore in 2005, and, by 2008, I was able to retire from my corporate job solely from the income generated from my rentals. I also obtained my real estate license because it was challenging to find an agent that understood investment property criteria and started my brokerage, Ultimate Homes Realty, in 2011. A have a passion for real estate, enjoy rehabbing properties from 'ghetto to glam,' and I like being a landlord...on most days!
