Currently more of a general contractor than real estate investor but am working on turning that equation around. I own 4 houses right now, live in one, have one listed for sale, am working on one to get ready to sell, and am looking at options on the last one. I live in a small town in the mid-west and don't have a ton of local resources available to me which is why I am joining this site.
