We are Dennis and Kathleen Dougherty. I started investing in 2008, on a part -time basis. Later in 2013, Kathleen joined me and together, we started growing this business, known as Dougherty Enterprises LLC. We are on the web: www.DELLCSolutions.com. Over the past 3 years, we have used many strategies to either make quick cash or hold and sell strategies for even more payout and Return on investment. To date, our ROI has consistently been double digit. During this time we have mastered debt reduction and credit building strategies to pay off 47% of our personal debt in the last two years, while controlling our personal credit ratings to benefit in the building of our business. We are currently building our rental portfolio and looking for great SFR's or Multifamily units (up to 4 units each), with the goal of retiring from the "Rat Race" in 5-10 years or sooner.
