Hey there! My name is Dennis and I'm an investor-friendly realtor. I've spent my entire life here in Washington, specifically Seattle, Burien, and Tukwila. I graduated with a Finance degree at University of Washington and started working corporate after. However, after a few years I realized that there has to be better ways to build wealth besides the typical 5% raise per year or 15% raise per promotion (If you're lucky). I learned about "House Hacking" from BiggerPockets in 2017 and how eliminating your biggest expense (Housing) is one of the first things you can do towards achieving financial independence. I bought my first house hack in 2017 and never looked back. After seeing the numbers, I realized that house hacking is very achievable for regular folks like me and is a great way to get started in real estate investing. Now, my first property cash flows well as a mid-term rental. I became a realtor in 2020 to help others build wealth through real estate by house-hacking.
