I started my real estate adventure by getting licensed as an agent, then bought my first foreclosure. I house-hacked it and another property afterward while keeping the other as a rental(and sold within 5 years to avoid capital gains), then purchased some multifamily buildings. I own and manage my own rentals, have fixed and flipped properties, and have experience with various financing strategies(creative and traditional). I own a property management company with a full staff that will manage properties located in ANY neighborhood of the Greater Milwaukee area.
