Dennis Shinn

Hello Bigger pockets family, my name is Dennis and I live in Georgia. I bought my first property in 2004 and my second in 2012. And since then, I've only had one goal to invest every extra dollar into acquiring properties for the rest of my life. I studied finance at West Ga and I've never worked in the finance industry. But I still get to use my degree when I get to analyze deals. I never made a lot of money at a normal job but I've been fortunate enough to save my way to buying properties. I never had a car note, I've been cutting my own hair since high school, I haven't drown myself in credit card debt, and I don't buy unnecessary things. Those things alone have probably saved me about $30,000. I aspire to become a developer and commercial property owner so I'm currently attending MeTube university and learning everything I can.
