I am an owner of a design/build company in Orange County, CA since 2002. I graduated from Cal Poly Pomona in 1995 under architecture, and also obtained various construction licenses for engineering (A), general construction (B), landscaping (C27), and painting (C33) along the way; so my company can broaden our scope of services. I purchased my first home in 1999, but did not starting to invest in RE until 2008. I am currently very active with my construction company and continuously investing in RE. I believe very strongly about REI, because that is one of the vehicles which will drive you out of the "rat race". Cheers!!!
