Mainly I've helped many home buyers and investors purchase properties both wholesale and retail. Real Estate Goals: I am looking to start doing some fix & flip deals for myself. I also want to eventually build a rental portfolio for future retirement. Currently Seeking: To learn more about investor friendly financing for deals involving both purchase and rehab.
