Desmond Primus

Desmond started his financial services career over 20 years ago, working with major corporations, such as Travelers Insurance and The Hartford in property and casualty claims, life and 401k operations and sales divisions. In addition to being a former real estate agent in the state of CT, Mr. Primus has owned a financial services marketing firm that excelled in advanced marketing, social media, and lead generation strategies. In 2010, Desmond was employed at The National Groups, a loss mitigation outsource provider and assisted in starting the business development team to market REO management, appraisal management, closing and title services short sale and deed-in-lieu fulfillment services to mega banks and special servicers. During the course of his employment at The National Groups, Desmond played an instrumental role in securing a major GSE, special servicer client. Realizing the changing mortgage regulatory environment, Desmond co-founded Mortgage Loan Regs, LLC, a third-party compliance and risk management firm to assist lenders, servicers, community banks, credit unions, housing counseling agencies and brokers with a suite of mortgage compliance solutions. In February, 2014 Desmond co-founded Realstait.tv, a real estate video portal for Real Estate Agents to market their property listings.
